We offer a few different wedding packages with adds on, to completely customize to your wedding planning needs and budget. With all our packages, you are getting a custom and completely tailored experience so that wedding planning is as stress-free, organized, and as fun as possible. We also include a custom wellness/somatic care/lifestyle plan to optimize your health, wellbeing and skin so you're looking and feeling your best on your special day

We come in 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day and completely take over so that you can relax, recharge, and enjoy your last few weeks of your engagement!

full service planning & design

We’ll come in right at the beginning, and take charge of the entire wedding planning and design process from start to finish. This is for the couple who wants to be involved in their wedding planning but leave the majority of the legwork to a professional planner.

• Kickoff planning and wedding vision meeting
• Monthly meetings (virtual or in person) to check in

• Access to customized planning worksheet/roadmap and planning calendar/timeline/milestones so we’re on the same page of planning tasks by categories
• Vendor Recommendations and Communications (depending on your needs - this could be venues, catering, decor, hotel block, music/entertainment, floral, stationary, bridal, rentals, website, etc.)
• Planning and logistics
• Facilitating vendor meetings (such as catering, mockup meetings, etc.)
• Guest Management (Save the dates, RSVP, seating chart, etc.)
• Design Meetings (as needed)
• Design & Styling (includes a design questionnaire, mood/vision boards, and style guide presentations before selecting appropriate vendors)

Love this question! Every planner and coordinator is unique in their own way, which is great, as I want the match between couple and planner/coordinator to be perfect! What makes me "different" is that: I infuse wellness and somatic work into the planning process because I truly believe that wedding planning should be an enjoyable and relaxing process! My packages include somatic facials and/or somatic wellness coaching so that you are feeling and looking great and glowy leading up to your special day! I also take on a very limited amount of couples each year for quality control. Burnout is a real thing, especially in wedding and events industry, and I want to ensure I'm at my best so I can serve you best as well. Lastly, my approach to working with my couples is very thoughtful and intentional, as I want each one of you to have an incredible and personal experience during this special time of your life.. I listen to you throughout our time together so I can truly hone in on what is important to you on your wedding day - not society's expectations, not your family or friend's expectations, not Pinterest or Instagram's expectations - but yours and your partner, and I look forward to bringing that distinctly and uniquely you vision to life.

What makes you different?

Yes! If you're a full service client, I'll definitely help with custom vendor recs. If you're a wedding management client, I will send over a preferred vendor list in your welcome guide. I also have add on services such as vendor support specifically if you need more help with selecting vendors (ie rentals, catering, florals, etc).

can you help me with vendor recs?

Some venues have a day of coordinator thrown into their packages, but they are mainly there to service the venue. A wedding coordinator will liaise with all the wedding vendors, your wedding party, family, guests, you, etc to make sure every detail is running smoothly so that you can enjoy your wedding day! Some venues have a venue coordinator but are very hands off, so it's critical that you have a wedding coordinator to manage all of the logistics of your wedding day.

why do i need a month of coordinator?

If you're looking for a full service planner, we recommend working with a planner after your engagement! That way, you can fully utilize your planner's expertise as you begin the wedding planning process. For a coordinator (also known as wedding management), we recommend finding a coordinator as soon as you have most of your vendors contracted (or at the very least, your wedding venue).
